AI-Powered Support File Diagnostics
SupportDiag AI
Turn complex security support files into structured findings, technical evidence, health insights, and guided troubleshooting recommendations.
Independent diagnostic assistant — sensitive values are redacted by default.
Overview
What SupportDiag AI Does
SupportDiag AI helps security and network engineers analyze diagnostic bundles without manually searching through hundreds of files and log entries. It extracts the bundle, identifies the vendor and product, parses the important technical data, detects health and configuration issues, and turns everything into evidence-based findings with AI-guided troubleshooting and exportable technical reports.
Coverage
Supported Platforms
Parser maturity varies by platform — Palo Alto Networks support is Phase 1 and most mature; Check Point and FortiGate bundles currently receive generic log analysis.
